About Jeff

Born, raised, educated and a lifetime resident of Brooklyn, Jeff Grandis has made a career of delivering the highest standard of service in appraising, marketing and sales of residential, commercial and investment properties. Jeff’s professional yet personal approach is designed for the individual needs of each seller he represents.

A graduate of Brooklyn College with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology, Jeff went on to earn his Real Estate Sales Agent license and Real Estate Brokers license from the New York University Real Estate Institute.

With over 22 years of experience in selling Real Estate in Brooklyn, Jeff has acquired a special understanding of how to make a property sell for the highest price possible.

Through the years, when prospective clients meet Jeff, they sense his integrity, professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. And when the job is complicated or particularly difficult, Jeff always rises to the challenge. Jeff is always there to help, advise and go above and beyond for his clients.
