This is a letter of appreciation of Jeff Grandis, the real estate agent of Fillmore Real Estate, 627 Kings Highway, Brooklyn NY 11223.
Mr Grandis is handling the sale of my property at 1578 East 36th Street, Brooklyn NY 11234 for which we are currently in contract.
