Fillmore Manager:

I’m writing this letter from our new home in Rockville Centre. The result of our being here is directly related to the efforts of two of your staff, namely Mr. Jeffrey Grandis and Ms. Angela Mastrolanni.

I don’t usually write thank you notes, however I would be remiss if I didn’t this time. Jeff and Angela showed professionalism and enthusiasm with the sale of our home at 1438 E. 34th Street, Bklyn. Within one week of listing with Jeff and Angela, not only did we have many interested parties, we had a contract.

After listing with a local real estate office with no results, and much hard feelings, we decided to sell on our own. This turned out to be a nightmare. When we first met Jeff and Angela we were turned off with the fact of signing with another real estate. After Jeff and Angela made their presentation which showed excitement and aggression, we were ready to sign.

Fillmore Real Estate is fortunate to have such people as Jeff and Angela on their staff, and in closing ,my wife Diane and myself want to express a sincere “THANK YOU” to both Jeff and Angela.
